Refund Policy
We want customers to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below to understand the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided that they meet the following conditions:
- the item is unused and in its original condition
- the item is returned in the original packaging
- all accessories, manuals, and included parts are returned
- proof of purchase is provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- items marked as final sale
- used, damaged, or altered items not caused by shipping
- items returned without original packaging where packaging is required
- personalized or customized items
- hygiene-sensitive or personal-use items where applicable
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for full resolution.
To help process a claim, supporting documentation such as photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label may be required.
4. Return Process
To request a return, customers must first submit a return request through the store’s designated support channel or return process. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
If the return is approved, instructions will be provided regarding how and where to send the item.
5. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a promotional offer:
- customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
- return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be covered where applicable
- original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund decision will be made. If approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear, as timing may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for eligible items depending on availability. If a replacement item is not available, a refund or alternative resolution may be provided.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment begins. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any refund may be reduced by return shipping charges, handling fees, or other applicable costs.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact the store first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a false or abusive chargeback may delay resolution and affect future service.
